I play with the strange on occasion.
I spend most of my money on Warhammer and games, the rest is just wasted.

And have you experimented with AoS or KoW or something else?

I plan to throw a bone for some 8th ed at Warzone and see if I get any bites.

This whole section is just sad beyond belief... it's gotta change man.

If I was to play WFB again I would go back to 3rd edition and play a game with all the epic craziness of that rule set. It's not balanced and its not quick but it is full of character. If I could get a few interested players together and play through a campaign that would be amazing :)

Where to get rulebooks is the question.

Mighty Empires 4th edition campaign with Battle Magic and all that silliness. Those were the days. 150pt Hellfire sword on a vampire, and he ones shots a Keeper of Secrets which promptly bursts into flames after taking 1 wound. Ha ha, happy days.

The internet is a vast place with much info stored in it. Google Warhammer Fantasy 3rd edition rules and I am sure you will track them down. There is also eBay for a physical copy. I bought mine from there.
