Hi all

Just want to know what fleets and where in SA you play/haved played?

Are you interested, which race would you collect?

Well,
I have the basic Chaos and Imperial ships from the box set and a Tau fleet. I can't remember how many points anymore. Played against Dark Eldar, Eldar, Necron, Chaos, Imperial, Nurgle and Ork fleets as far as i can remember.

I have a fairly large Imperial armada. Sadly there is not all that much uptake on the game which is a pity since it really is a winner. I am in Gauteng, in Randburg and play wherever, lately that's been at 3+
I spend most of my money on Warhammer and games, the rest is just wasted.

Warzone has had a BFG resurgence and its all Ryan smiths fault - he has created the most amazing scenery for BFG ranging from populated planets through to asteroid fields and dust clouds - he is always there and up for a game and when I am at the club I will be playing my necron fleet. [Ryan has imperial and eldar fleets.]

There is also 2 lads in Bloemfontein that play (Chaos fleet). Then there also seems to be more interest with another 2 lads that wants to join in (Tau fleets).
Looks like BFG is making a long awaited come back :D
Been there, fckd that up!

Tau are petty awesome their gun stats aren't great but the amount of ordinance they put out is phenomenal, once it starts to build up most opposing fleet builds just won't be able counter it.

Have you seen the forgeworld models as well they are sweet and for once forgeworld charges less than GW on their products, check it out when you have the time.

My Tau fleet is all made up of the Forgeworld models. The GW models are very boring in comparison

Cool, find out how any pionts you can make, I can do max. out 1600 pts eldar and 2500 imperials.

Plus I would love to see your forgeworld tau fleet.

I will have to dig it out of the cupboard and dust it off. Will certainly bring it into Warzone soon. I think I can make up 1600 points.

well I try my best to be at warzone as often as possible. I do own a large chaos fleet (over 3000 points) but I had no idea what to do with it till Ryan mentioned he had eldar and was keen for a game and its just exploded from there our game just get bigger and bigger.
this is not a subliminal message

I'm looking to get some BFG. The only fleet available @ The Underground (last time I checked) where the Chronics, and not enough to make up 1500 points...
