There must be more than one gamer in grahamstown. Have you checked at the university. Not sure if any grahamstown gamers on this forum....... Difficult one this one...... Other than putting an 'A' over your shoulders with the statement 'Looking for GW/40k/Fantasy players', and walking through town, and varsity. May find you a few gamers, but will definitely kill your social standing and any horizontal mambo-action with the opposite sex....... But hey, do it for the greater good.......now go out there and find those gamers.....

Though situation, sorry,....i would image there to be gamers at the varisty..........

And immediately you will find in here that there are at least 3 other games in Grahamstown. Kindred, Bjornachew, Pgre. Give them a shout :)

I have a friend in st. Andrew who is there.. Are there any LOTR players there?
Maybe I should be 'Arch Daemon' or 'Vasto Lorde'

Generally, we have 40k players and there are a couple of warmahordes players. We have a tendency to stick with systems that we have experienced players so we can teach people to play.

But we are open to looking at new systems and other games when people want. So have them get online and get in touch with either myself or Bjornachew and I am sure we can organise :)

But either way we are more then happy for them to get involved, we can assist where we can :) and when we do painting days etc the more the merrier :)

Speaking on behalf of gamesoc, at Rhodes,
we've started warhammer officially this year, so give it time, and we'll start forming an actual league. Next year I intend to advertise throughout Grahamstown to attract as many people as possible.
in terms of accessing the products from GW, that is also not a problem, both kindred and I have access to suppliers, gamesoc has a deal operating with Battle Bunker Somerset West.
In theory we should be kicking off gaming again from next week.
