I do have quite a lot of warhammer scenery that could be used. I also have a mat (grasslands 6x4) but unfortunately don't have a table big enough for it or space to play :/

apart from the space/table issue I really to need to get my army tabletop worthy - i.e. based and painted. I will be a priority but maybe consider my out until then... will check back in when i'm ready to play.

I absolutely will not consider you out.
You can play casual games with whatever you have, also you can get some multibasing ideas from the other players.

Ok sounds good - may need to play with my dwarves in the mean time then because the elves are unusable - i.e. dont even have bases for them, was wanting to adopt a permanent multibasing technique for them so will be cool to check out what other people have done.

dwarves can be quite unforgiving, but the brok riders are well cool.

Getting bases are easy and cheap. just laser cut some mdf. I do mine at the picture framing place next to herbert evans in rosebank.

Once you have your bases you can use prestik to stick you models on them and start playing. Over time you can then properly rebase them onto the mdf. also remember you you only need (full model count /2)+1 models . eg a 40 man horde can be represented by 21 models. Obviously that looks sparse but to get going its fine.

Hey gents, didn't know about this chatter until Adam told me about it. (Why on earth is this not happening in the KoW section by the way?)

I'm very keen to do this. I have space and tables for 3 games at a time, four at a push. I'm not too keen for every week, but I'll happily host every second week. I've even started building some terrain, but I currently only have a little bit so will need you lot to pitch in.

Offer's on the table, gents. Put up or shut up time.

That would be pretty awesome.

I've started making some terrain, but it's not much at this stage.
