My commander came in at a whopping 170 points, I think that may have been a bit overboard, how much was yours?

do you think crepogons gem is worth it? I guess against smaller elites it may help, i know the one scenario nerfed it in hte campaign so it probably wasn't worth it on the day, but in general?

I quite like the scrying gem. Combine it with the Captain in Kingdoms of Men and it can be quite potent.

The combo can give you very nice tactical flexibility. but at only 50pts more than a general he's well worth the extra few buttons

A massive 135 points, 5 more points and I can get a unit of Blade Dancers

I think Crepognons is definitely worth it. Against armies with a large amount of units the chaff gets deployed which gives me an idea of what the battle line will look like and can then counter deploy my chaff. Against smaller armies I can dictate which units face off and I can try to control what gets dog piled.

but does seeing 3 chaff drops help at all? or a unit of archers, a spear chukka and a wiz? while there are still another 10-15 drops to go? it does mitigate slightly and allows an almost 1 for 1 depolyment.

is it not far more effective against an elite army, where there are only 10 drops, you get to see almost the whole army before you deploy, allowing real effective matching up.

My Captain was a High Priestess of the Abyss with Boots of the Seven Leagues combined with Wings of Honeymaze, costing 140 points. Basically a highly mobile flamethrower.

I was in Northcliff once, long ago. Not only did I have a licence, but I had a full tank of petrol. Women were practically throwing themselves at me.

Since James is listed as being in the USA, I'm thinking he stumbled into the wrong forum.

Hopefully he is white, else they may not let him back into the US
