Me too, I will need to harass people to get the infopack done.

General lines:

2000 points, 3 rule book missions
One Maelstrom, 2 eternal wars, one will be kill points
All codices and indices released 2 weeks before the tournament are allowed
Forge world is allowed if you own the model and has rules to be played in 8th edition.

Hi,

Please find the complete details:

Point size: 2000
Entry Fee: 100 R
Starting time: registration at 9:00 AM for 9:30 start.

Warcon 40K RulesPack
Necessary Items
Players must bring with them their own dice and measuring tape or measuring templates. Players must have with them a digital or physical copy of the latest codex, data sheet or other source material and FAQ of any models that they intend to play. Players must provide two copies of their army sheets. One copy to submit on registration and another to display to their opponents during the tournament.
Army Composition
Players must play Battle Forged armies and comply with the requirements of any detachments (i.e. not unbound).
Each player has a total of 2000 points with to build an army.
Forgeworld and 40k Approved models and rules are permitted, but you must own the relevant model or have a suitably converted model to represent the unit.
Modelling Requirements
Conversions are permitted as are models from other companies provided that they are a reasonable representation of the model that they purport to be (e.g. representing undead cultists using zombies from a generic modelling company). If the conversion, or other model, may lead to confusion as to what is represented or of it is dissonant from what it is intended to represent, it will not be permitted (e.g. using zombie models to represent Space Marines).
WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) is not enforced. However, the equipment on models must be clearly indicated to opponents. When equipment is proxied, it must be done consistently and there should be no chance for confusion (e.g. stating that all meltaguns and melta cannons are gravguns and grav canons).
Models must be fully assembled. When you have a conversion or other model and you are uncertain if it will be permitted, you are encouraged to enquire beforehand with the TO or Judge. Models must be on appropriately sized and shaped bases. Where a model or unit is packaged with a specific base size, that base size must be used (e.g. Space Marines with Power Armor equipped must be on circular bases with a diameter of 25mm while Space Marines with Terminator Armor must be on circular bases with a diameter of 40mm).

Painting and Aesthetic Requirements
Armies will not be required to be fully painted, however at least half of the force (by model count) must be painted. Models must be painted with a minimum of three colors.
While painting will not be used for tournament points should a tie come into place at the end of all the rounds, in that two players have the same tournament score and secondary objectives score, whether or not the player’s army is fully painted will be the next determining factor.
Rules Disputes
When an uncertainty arises or a dispute arises on the rules of the game or the tournament, the players are encouraged to ask the Judge’s guidance. Where a dispute arises that the players cannot resolve themselves, the players must consult with the Judge. The Judge’s decision on any rule interpretation is final. If you intended to use a model or unit in a particular way and you foresee that there may be a dispute, you are encouraged to enquire beforehand with the TO or Judge.
Missions and Results
The missions in the following pages will be played over the course of Saturday. You are encouraged to bring your own copy of the events pack, although copies will be made available. Time limits will be adhered to. If it is foreseen that time extension will be needed, the TO must be notified before the time limit is reached. If no time extension is arranged, the players must stop playing immediately when time is called and calculate scores. If a player believes that his/her opponent is deliberately playing slowly, (s)he should notify the TO. Players deliberately playing slowly may have their scores penalized by the TO. Results must be reported as soon as the match has been concluded to the TO in the report form provided. Victory points and game end must be determined solely according to the rules provided for in each scenario. Overall rankings in the tournament will be determined by strength of schedule, using victory points earned throughout the tournament as a tie-breaker.

Missions
All missions will have random game length and deployment and will have the following weighting for points.
Win: 5 Points
Draw: 2 Points
Loss: 1 Point

Mission 1
Eternal War
Retrieval Mission
Standard 4 objectives with Dawn of War Deployment

Mission 2
Eternal War
No Mercy
Kill Points

Mission 3
Maelstrom of War
Cleanse and Capture
3 Tactical Objectives are generated at the start of the turn. Players can only have a maximum of 3 objectives at a time.

Do we need to pre-book with someone? I am considering going but not 100% yet as I do not have the Chaos Index at the moment.

At Jeppe Quondam Sports Club. Main Hall.

If the radiance of a thousand suns
Were to burn at once in the sky,
That would be like the splendor of the Mighty One...
I am become Death-the Destroyer of worlds.
